Shipping Infos

Here are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Please read carefully before placing an order

so you know what to expect.

General Shipping Infos

— Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are based on the actual weight and dimensions of your total order as well as the shipping destination and method of shipping. Your actual total shipping charge will be shown during checkout and before we take your payment information.

— Estimated Shipping Rates: To get Estimated Shipping Rates before checkout, click on the "Shipping" button at the bottom of your cart page.

— All packages are shipped from Sorel, Quebec, Canada.

— We use UPS for all our deliveries. ***Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes so make sure to provide a real street address without PO boxes.

— All UPS Labels come with $100 of Insurance liability. That means that, as long as the value of your package is at or below $100, UPS will cover your shipment for the full amount if it arrives damaged or ends up going missing in transit. You can also pay extra to insure your shipment to a higher amount. In that case, you must contact us before placing your order so that we can customize it by including additional insurance.

— Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Processing Time

— We process all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

— Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-3 business days of arrival in stock.
***Please note that we don’t process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Order Status

— Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Atlantic Provinces = 4-6 business days
Prairies = 3-6 business days
West Coast = 7-9 business days

UPS EXPEDITED:
Central Canada = 1-2 business days
Atlantic Provinces = 3-4 business days
Prairies = 2-4 business days
West Coast = 6-8 business days

UPS EXPRESS SAVER:
Central Canada = 1 business day
Atlantic Provinces = 2-3 business days

International Shipping

— At this time, we ship to addresses in Canada and the USA only. But this could change in the future and we could open our deliveries to other countries so make sure to subscribe to our Newsletter below to be notified.

Local Pick Up

— Unfortunately our shop is not open to public and local customers yet, so local pick up are not possible for the moment. This could change in the future so make sure to subscribe to our Newsletter below to be notified.

PO Boxes

— We use UPS to ship all our packages. Be aware that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please, make sure to provide a real street address without PO boxes.

Missing Shipments

— After an order is shipped, the responsibility for the package is entrusted to the delivery company. Occasionally packages are lost or misrouted during transit. Before contacting us, please check the estimated delivery times above related to the shipping service you selected. Weekend and holidays do not count as shipping days. If your package shipped and hasn’t been received within the above guidelines then please contact us so that we may investigate.

— All of our packages are shipped with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your packages once they are shipped. If your package has a "Delivered" status but you still haven't received it, check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package for you. Shipments that don't require a signature can be left in a safe place at the UPS driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us or file a claim directly with UPS here. UPS claims typically takes between 8 and 15 business days to be investigated.

— If you cannot be there at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to call the carrier to arrange a delivery date based on your availability.

— If you want a particular shipping option like insurance, signature or specify a safe place to leave your package while you are away, you must inform us before we prepare your package.

Damaged Shipments

— We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time though, damage will occur despite our precautions. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will initiate a UPS claim for the item.

— Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because UPS, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. Take pictures from different angles of your damaged delivery packaging and the damaged items.

Wrong Address

— Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. If you realize you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees).

Refused or Unreclaimed Shipments

— If a signature is requested for a package and there is nobody home at the time of the delivery, UPS may let the package to a UPS facility near by. If the recipient never picks up the package to the UPS facility or if the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
