➤ Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are based on the actual weight and dimensions of your total order as well as the shipping destination and method of shipping. Your actual total shipping charge will be shown during checkout and before we take your payment information.
➤ Estimated Shipping Rates: To get Estimated Shipping Rates before checkout, click on the "Shipping" button at the bottom of your cart page.
➤ All packages are shipped from Sorel, Quebec, Canada.
➤ We use UPS for all our deliveries. ***Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes so make sure to provide a real street address without PO boxes.
➤ All UPS Labels come with $100 of Insurance liability. That means that, as long as the value of your package is at or below $100, UPS will cover your shipment for the full amount if it arrives damaged or ends up going missing in transit. You can also pay extra to insure your shipment to a higher amount. In that case, you must contact us before placing your order so that we can customize it by including additional insurance.
