Return Policy

Here are the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

Please read carefully before placing an order

so you know what to expect.

Returns

— We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item from TuftingNation and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us to initiate a return.

— We accept returns of unused and unaltered items, in their original condition within 30 days after delivery date. Returned products must be in resalable condition, free from odors and pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse the return if an item does not meet these conditions.

— Once your return has been initiated, we will provide you with our return shipping address and instructions via email.

— As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. Refunds are applied to your original method of payment and takes up to 7 business days to process. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you still haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

— Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the cause of the return is due to our mistake. The return must be shipped with a tracking number within 30 days after delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition or if the package is lost during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to deduct fees from customer refunds for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.

— Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or duties generated by a return of goods. If there are Customs fees to pay upon arrival of your returned merchandise, these fees will be deducted from your refund.

— Initial shipping fees are not refundable. Payment processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

— The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can't accept returns for: Digital downloads and Items on sale.

Refunds/Replacements

— We’re happy to offer a refund or a replacement if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like defective items, manufacturing errors or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damages. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. We will  replace or refund defective merchandise for a period of 10 days from receipt.

— If you placed an order and need to modify it before we process it, please contact us as quickly as possible. If you order has not been processed or packed yet, we will be happy to make changes for you. If we have to issue a refund for some items from your already placed order, payment processing fees may apply, so please check your order carefully before placing it.
