Can you cut my rug backing to a custom size?

Unfortunately, we don't do custom cut for our backings. Although we would like to be able to satisfy everyone's needs, custom cuts are time-consuming and, since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, it would only result in a price increase.

But, we offer many different sizes of rug backings so we hope you will find a piece that suits your needs among our selection of pre-cut fabrics.

How many threads do I need in my tufting gun?

In order to get a nice rug density, we recommend threading 2 strands of yarn in your tufting gun. This means that you need 2 cones for each color.

How much yarn do I need to make a rug?

There’s many different aspects that can change the amount of wool needed to make a rug (loop vs cut pile, pile height, distance between each tufted rows, etc). But generally speaking, you can expect to use between 0.4 to 0.6 lb (181g to 272g) of yarn per square foot. To give you an idea, 2 cones of 1/2 pounds (227g) (because you need 2 threads in your gun), should allow you to make approximately two square foot.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed simply because payment fees are not refunded in case of cancellation. Please carefully check your order and shipping informations prior to complete your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

I've made a purchase before joining the rewards program. Can I still earn points for my previous transaction(s)?

Yes! As long as you sign up within 10 days of making your purchase you will receive points for that purchase.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Points awarded to a purchase or product that has been returned will result in points being reversed for that purchase.

What are your sale policies?

- All products purchased at a discounted rate are final sale. (no refunds/exchanges)

- Due to the high volume of orders during sale events, we do not permit any changes to orders during sale periods.

- Shipping times may be delayed during sale periods due to high volume of orders.

- If you missed a sale event, we can not apply the discount after the sale has ended or on orders placed before the sale. The best way to be informed about our promotions and sale events is by subscribing to our Newsletter.
